CUSTOM CHEF’S KNIFE
Custom chef’s made for a doctor in Pennsylvania. Hand forged form 1075/15N20 “Firestorm” damascus with a 7 15/16” long blade with a max width of 1 7/8”. The overall length is 12 1/2”. He choose exhibition grade Arizona Desert Ironwood for the handle with mosaic pins. It was designed based on his specific requests.
The customer wrote me, after receiving the knife:
